Vantage Resources are currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a long-term assignment with a high profile public sector body based in Dublin city centre.

Your role will involve coordination of multi agency projects at development and production stages. Your strong exposure to operational management and risk mitigation will be highly regarded.

The following skills are desirable

ITIL or equivalent

Microsoft Project and Visio

Process analysis

Documentation control

You will also have experience of co-ordinating the activities of a project team of senior personnel across multiple departments and business functions. You need to have excellent interpersonal skills, be a strong team player, be highly motivated and capable of working on your own initiative.

This is an ideal opportunity to work on large scale, high profile projects. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will have previous experience of project coordination including project planning, budgeting and documenting using the Microsoft Office suite including MS Project, MS Word and MS Excel.
