Vantage Resources URGENTLY requires a Service Desk Analyst to work for a larger international client on various large system support projects.
Ideally you will have some experience in a similar helpdek/deskside support role (1st level) within a large enterprise based environment. Current technologies include: Windows 2000/3, Windows XP, Windows 2000/3 Server, Microsoft office and basic networking.
Experience in using a help desk call logging system would be advantageous, as would knowledge of ITIL best practices. I.T based training/qualifications are a distinct advantage.
