Excellent opportunity available for an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to work with a leading Pharmaceutical client in Dublin. The role will involve you working as part of a team on a complex development and build project.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Developing close working relationships with technical personnel (and other consultants working on project team)
- Delivering robust development code, maintaining overall code-inventory and version control
- Providing guidance and support to business users in related matter
- Participating in testing/QA of conversion
As an ideal candidate you will have;
- Excellent PL/SQL programming experience in an Oracle environment
- Strong Oracle (PL/SQL, SQL) and analysis/design skills
- Oracle forms and Reports
- Oracle Discoverer an added advantage
- Proven ability to manage code-base in a professional and well-organised manner
- The ability to identify and analyse complex problems, and produce robust code to support solution
- The ability to broker the development of appropriate solutions through translation of business requirements into code
- Strong focus on quality
An ability to work as part of a team, including working alongside Business Analysts and other Technical Analysts is an essential requirement for the client.
