Business Analyst |Customer Service, Dublin North / West, Permanent

A number of experienced Business Analyst's required to work on one of our client sites in Dublin North/West.

Your role will involve liaising with the various business units and stakeholders to lead/participate in projects/initiatives, which will enhance current business processes and systems to achieve productivity gains and service excellence.

Your responsibilities
●This role will encompass the core Business Analysis functions including scope, implementation, delivery, handover support and requirements gathering
●You will identify development/enhancement requirements for existing business processes and managing the implementation of it; undertaking project management activities as required
●You will produce, where required, relevant Business Requirement Documentation and review the same
●You will be accountable for other duties as required by the business and/or management

Requirements
●You will ideally have a number of years Business Analysis operations experience within a multinational, fast moving operations, contact/call centre or shared services environment
●Experience in managing and executing both quantitative and qualitative projects with a track record of delivering superior results
●Very strong communication skills: team building, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, negotiation & decision-making
●Technology savvy
