Vantage Resources are looking for a solid Business Analyst to join a dynamic and progressive client company based in Dublin South.

Some key job functions would be

Gathering user requirements and producing functional specifications for new and existing projects

Prioritise and schedule enhancements, define business requirements, manage relationships with internal business units and manage the testing and rollout phases of major development projects

Ideal candidates will have

Strong Business Analyst skills, working on large projects

Experience in all aspects of data migration during SDLC including requirements gathering, system specifications, design, development, test and implementation

Strong analytical, decision-making, organisation and interpersonal skills are required as well as an ability to coordinate with teams in various locations

Senior Business Objects Analyst, Dublin, 6-12 Month Contract, Pharmaceutical Sector

Our large multinational Pharmaceutical client requires a Senior Business Objects Analyst to manage, support and administer the Business Objects Environment.

This role will see you

Provide technical assistance to Other Business Objects support staff

Assume Lead Technical Role in future Business Objects projects/initiatives

Ensure that all activities that apply to databases and servers adhere to FDA regulatory compliance

Liaise with business users to identify mappings, discuss problems, propose solutions and resolve issues
You will need to have experience of the following

Previous Experience in a similar role

Business Objects (Repositories, Supervisor, Universe Designer, Reporter, Webi, BCA)

Oracle Database / PLSQL Experience

Data Modelling, Database Design, Star Schema, Data Warehouse

ETL Experience, Business Process Analysis, Business Objects Technical Designs
