An experienced Network Administrator required for an immediate start to Support deployment of hardware, software, service and maintenance of all information technology assets. You will need to have 3 years experience in a network/systems administrator capacity and be MCP, MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent.

The following skills are essential
Practical working knowledge of networking (including WAN topology, mixed LAN/WAN operating system environments, DNS/WINS/DHCP) experience with CISCO router configuration an advantage
Excellent working knowledge of server operating systems (for example, Window NT, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 domains & Active Directory and Group Policy)
Knowledge of anti virus technology, software and best practices
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003 required
Good understanding of VPN technology and network security including ISA Server as well as user/site VPN and firewall rules
Disaster recovery planning/testing
Previous experience of the following would be advantageous; Veritas Backup Exec, Alcatel 4400 PBX, IIS 5 & 6 desirable, MIMESweeper

OS: Windows server 2000, 2003, 2008
Databases: MS SQL, replication, remote backups, query scripting, query optimisation
Email: Active Directory configuration, Bulk email white listing
Security: PCI Compliance, asymmetrical encryption hardware configuration, intrusion protection system configuration, firewall configuration, Web application vulnerability scanning
