The Sybase Database Administrator will provide technical leadership in the development, maintenance and management of database environments to ensure that integrity, security, availability and capacity is maintained in order to meet service standards and the agreed needs of the business. You will participate in the design, planning and implementation of projects in conjunction with project teams, as well as playing a key role in the Business Continuity Process/Disaster Recovery. Your role will involve initially setting up test environments. You will then be involved as part of a team with responsibility for an automation of a code migration on a UNIX platform.
